(2) You can cancel by logging into your volunteer account, emailing, or calling our office. (3) Last-minute cancellations make it challenging to fill your spot and can impact our ability to serve those in need. (4) If you have an emergency or sudden illness, let us know as soon as possible—your health comes first.
