Service Description

As a Coconino Community College Neighborhood Distribution Volunteer, you play a key role in providing fresh food and essential groceries to students, families, and individuals in the college community every Friday. Your responsibilities include setting up and organizing distribution tables, unpacking and arranging food items, handing out produce and pantry staples, and greeting every guest with kindness and respect. You’ll also assist in keeping the distribution area clean and safe, restocking supplies as needed, and helping with packing up at the end of the event. This hands-on, team-oriented role is perfect for anyone who enjoys serving others, working with a diverse group of people, and making a real difference in the community. Your positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help ensure that every neighbor who visits feels valued, respected, and supported. Together, we help fight hunger and strengthen the Coconino Community College neighborhood—one Friday at a time.
